Vintage 2008

Complex berry fruit flavours, this is a characteristic Huon Pinot from older oak barrels and with cellar age highlighting the depth and strength of the vintage. Roasts and smokey bacon dishes would be well matched.

Vintage 2009

Reflecting classic French burgundy styling this wine has good fruit balance and will cellar well. Excellent with mushroom and pasta dishes.

Vintage 2010

A soft and well balanced Pinot with plum and spicy flavours. Will accompany meat and poultry dishes and excellent with vintage cheeses and walnut paste.

Vintage 2012

A fine balance of berry fruit and spicey, earthy tones, with obvious depth that will cellar well for up to ten years. Enjoy with fish, lamb and a range of vegetable dishes.
